ResCheck Service
Most states now accept a Rescheck (sometimes known as MecCheck) reports to show energy compliance with energy code requirements.
We offer service to all states, we use the latest US Department of Energy software to quickly, efficiently accurately prepare your ResCheck. We offer a “no win no fee” service. If we can not make you plans show compliance we will not charge you a penny.

- In law quarters with or without a Kitchen
ResCheck Costs
- Single Family Dwellings up to approx. 4,000 Sqft are a flat fee of $100
- Multi family buildings are $75 per unit
- Please note many larger multi family buildings will require a Comcheck
